Service is excellent! However, when you advertise that Thursday’s are discounted, customers need to be informed that comforters aren’t included. Provide a list of “household” items so we know. Thank you

Outstanding service no lines no check in. Bill already paid and 24 hour service
I had my clothes in before 9am on Saturday the 14th which I should have them back the same day - the person who took my clothes gave me a pick up day of Monday when I asked about same day she said they were busy and couldn’t do it - if something is offered it should be completed or have the disclaimer up front
I CAN HONESTLY SAY THEY DO A FANTASTIC JOB ... YOU PAY FOR IT ... BUT THEY TRULY DELIVERS!
