My last experience with tide (farm/durango, las vegas) the took several days to clean two uniforms. I dropped off on a Tuesday evening and my clothes were not ready until Friday after 5pm. I’ll be going elsewhere.
I went to the Tide @ farm in Las Vegas. They said they did not honor the free laundry services for first responders. They said their price of $5.75 is already at a discount for my metro uniforms. She had a snotty attitude. I only decided to use them for the first time since I had a coupon for a first time customer. When I picked up the uniforms yesterday I got the same attitude but the uniforms looked okay. Underwhelmed with experience.
i think i was supposed to get a discount as a first time customer but it's not reflected on receipt i called and they said they'd follow up with me but the. no one called me back. i'd still try them again. i'm just not sure i got the best deal
The manager acted as if my complaint was a joke. I told them not to remove a yay from my shirt. I buy and sell colab clothing for a living. Neger has my tag been removed. They are made well the tags. Lot of plastic.
Told them about what I do for a living. And they didn’t care. Took my tag off of my colab shirt, which was made of rubber and told me they can’t do anything for my loss. I buy and sell colab shirts. I use Tide more then I was clothes. Never again.
Many times there’s been mistakes and orders done incorrectly
Avoid this store like the Plague! Let me start first by saying that the only reason I went to this store is because my company uses them. That being said I would personally never use them after my experiences. I would rather set my head on fire. At least the fire would be more attentive. Dropped off at the very convenient drive thru and showed my email offer but it was not applied when my wife went to pick up. Now I’m at work and have to send her a screen shot of the email so they can apply it. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They did fix the issue right away so they get kudos for that.
I just became a recent customer of Tide Cleaners, my 1st experience was great. This 2nd visit, has been a complete nightmare. When I arrived at the cleaners to drop off my garments, I was first informed by Nick that they didn't do any alterations to my type of garments. This seemed inaccurate since I had these alterations done about a month and half ago.
