I was shocked to get this email the day after I drove BACK to Tide Cleaners AGAIN after another botched order. I spoke with the staff on duty that three of the last four orders did not have the coupon assessed although presented at drop off. I was then told they would fix it by returning 20% of the cost and I checked my statement today and it was never done. I drove back for nothing. Can you refund my money? I did not receive a call when my order was ready. I had asked for them to fix my cuffs on my jacket , they charged me but the work was nit done . Then when u went to get my refund they did not believe me .
Husband and I walked in with 20 men’s business shirts to be laundered. There were four people behind the counter and NOT ONE was professional or courteous enough to greet us though each one looked up. After a little bit we turned around and walked out. As a business person It’s the little things that count and I’m more than happy to take our business somewhere else.
I brought all 5 items in at once in the bag assigned but I could not receive the items all at the Same time . Part of them was ready and one girl says the other two pieces would be ready the next day while the other says later today. Don’t know they weren’t ready together. Then we go pick up the last two pieces girl gets our name goes in comes back to help the second car , gets their items and forgets about us. When we dropped off our items we let the person know we wanted any service that would not leave the original tide scent on the clothes. The smell sets off my son and my allergies very bad. So at Home we use tide free and clear and they said they could do that with the dry cleaning option. Not even 10 minutes on my drive back Home my nose had already started. Needless to say it was very frustrating. I don’t think we will be coming back.

You are spamming the crap out of me. You do not offer any way of unsubscribing. I do not want to receive your coupon offerings. Also you should be aware that if you do not provide an unsubscribe button on all of your communications, you are in violation of state and federal laws. Remove me from ALL of your lists.
You don't offer enough coupons for households items. For every 10 dry clean coupons, i might get 1 coupon that can be used on household items.
