Asked to update credit card in email, so clicked link and get login failed when using saved password. So I hit "forgot password," and get "unable to send email" response. So I hit "create account" with my email to be told it already exists?!?! So why can't I get in my account if it already exists?

I had a 20% coupon that was not applied and after I questioned them they agreed with me and all they could do was offer a 25% discount on the next order that I bring in. Which means I’ll have to wait a great deal of time because I brought in quite a few pieces so for me to get the full extent of the 20% discount

I clicked the FEEDBACK link in an email I just received asking me to verify my account information. Why on earth would Tide Cleaners send an email containing my name, physical address, birthday, phone number and expiration of my credit card? Personal information like that is not safe when transmitted via email. A better request would have been for Tide to just send the update link and ask me to update it, without including the information in the message.

You sent me an email to verify my account ( eddiegiron@yahoo.com ). — and I tried to login but when I hit forgot password and typed the same email , the response said that it didn’t recognize my email? — please associate my account with this email. Thank you!
