I dropped of my dress off on Thursday, to pick up Friday night, to wear Saturday morning. I arrived to pick it up Friday night to learn that my dress had not been cleaned. I was told that the dye used on my dress might bleed. The dress had been cleaned before with no occurrences. I did not receive a call to inform me of this. So, I was totally shocked that night. The comforters were clean however they smelled awful:( I wanted to give you guys a chance especially since you are so close to our house and I love how quickly the turn around is on getting the items back. I will stick with my normal cleaner!
My pants were sent to he wrong location and I was given someone else's pants.
Decided to try out your new store and was very disappointed. We paid significantly more for our dry cleaning order at your place even with your 40% off promotion and half of my items only being pressed! We will never be back
7 shirts and 4 pants costs $32 when everything was 40%off. That means it should have been over $50 normally. Significantly more than the competition.
When I picked up my dress Friday night, I was informed that it had not been cleaned. I needed the dress for a function the next morning. I was told that the dye might bleed and that they could try to clean it but it would't be available until Saturday after 5pm. It would have been nice to have received a phone call prior to my picking it up that evening. Instead of the shock and disappointment Friday night. Not Good At All! COMMUNICATION IS VERY IMPORTANT WITH ME.

Prices too high and sweaters not treated properly or hung currently. They are stretched out in the shoulders. Will not return. Many places not as pricey who return the clothes better
