It was not cleaned properly and not pressed looked like an old cloth and just washed with normal water
I asked for military creases, and they assured me they would. Come time to wear my uniform, it was done incorrectly and i had to redo it myself.

They ruined my garment , and no one wants to take responsibility for it . So I have to go the extra mile and get affidavits from other places and take this to small claims court . Just to prove that they ruined it and get another one . Should have known it’s a business the customer isn’t right !
No complaints about the dry cleaning; however, the customer service needs a little help. When I went into the store to drop off my laundry for the 1st time since it changed hands, I asked if it was open 24/7 as stated. The employee told me yes, and did not explain further. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning in the evening it was closed. My husband was leaving the next day on business travel and needed his suit pants. Best Dry cleaners by far! My clothes looks like new. Not dingy nor do they smell
I looked like my clothes were not cleaned but just ironed and returned back to me. I had mentioned that there was a stain on a white dress. I got the dress back just like I had given it with the stain still on there. They should have let me know if they were unable to remove the stain. All in all very disappointed
I’m very disappointed... because staff is very nice and helpful but dry cleaning quality is not so great, My clothes are wrinkled and the delicate part was broken.
I was charged and sent home with someone else’s shirts. No I wonder where my shirts are???
