I hadn't dropped off a sofa coushion cover on Saturday morning that had stains on it. The woman there said no problem and told me it'd be ready by Monday at 5pm or earlier. I got a call around 1pm on Monday saying the faciiity doesn't have a way to treat the cover and sent it back. I wasted 3 days to not have a thing done except waste my time. Wish they would've had the knowledge to say they couldn't do something, which most dry cleaners can clean.
Prices are to high when compared to my existing Dry Cleaners.
I pointed out multiple marks on my silk shirt that were from turkey juice. When I picked up the shirt, the marks were all still on it. I had to point it out. I asked for it to be redone and the 2nd time the marks were gone. I didn't appreciate the extra time I had to spend with additional visits.
Received Email to remind me that clothes were ready, hours of operation were clear in the email and process to pick up the clothes was very fast!
I'm getting extremely frustrated with the cleaning at Delia's!! All of my sweaters/shirts are being shrunk. I continually ask to dry clean everything and I have no idea what they are doing. I've never had any issues with dry cleaning until I started to go to Delia's. I send them to get dry cleaned so the don't shrink. Do they even read wants on the tickets???? My husband shirts are fine but just about all of my shirts I get back do NOT fit the way they did when I purchased them.

This was my first time using Delia's. Out of 4 shirts that I needed washed and ironed, I had to leave one shirt so the collar could be re-ironed. I don't appreciate having to make two trips for 4 shirts!
At the time of drop off I asked for a fee chart. I was told there was not one available, nor was there one posted. I dropped off 18 pieces during a 40% off promotion. Upon pick up I was charged a little over $79 and asked if the 40% was taken off. I was told it had been and that the average piece regularly costs $3.87. Well, you do the math...18 x 3.87 = $69.66, and that's WITHOUT the 40% taken off. The sevice was good. My clothes look great. Concern: Where is your price list. I asked the young lady and she said shirts were about $2.24 and pants around $3.00 depends on how much you bring in. Is there a list that ITEMIZES everything?
