Very overpriced and she said it was 30 % off it was 40 dollars for 6 shirts and 4 pants that's double of competitors and that was supposedly with 30 off
Mislead on coupons. Had a missing article of clothing. Was told no, they must have miscounted the pieces when I dropped off. Then was called a few hours later saying they had found the missing piece. Overall felt the person working was rude and dismissive. Will not return and will not recommend to anyone.
I dropped off 3 tops. They were cleaned quickly, but one was damaged with a snag on the shoulder. I'm waiting to hear back about being compensated for it.
More expensive than I thought it would be.
I will be returning the comforter. Without even removing it from the hanger I noticed large white patches I assume can only be cleaner reside as they were not there previously.
I was not called like I expected especially when they were not able to dry clean my scarf.
A couple of shirts had to be redone
Hi, I live 3 mins away from your store, was very happy that a dry cleaning store is opening near my home. I always go to Lapels. I had a very bad expirence with the person at the stone ( Lady).. she was very rude and disrespectful. She was throughing clothes and she did walk on my shirt.. I asked for manager phone number to complain she refused.. next day when I went to pick up.. more than half of my clothes were not pressed properly.. so gave it back to re do it.. I will not come again for dry cleaning .
I did not receive an email when my items were ready in fact when I picked them up they said my email address want on the system even though I watched the attendant type it in and I spelled it out. My items were also missed labeled as " household items" so the pickup attendant had a hard time finding them. Not a good first impression.
