You will lose business ruining dress shirt collars.
Completed on time Asked for shirt to be folded v’s on hanger for packing purposes. Request was not done . Cashier did not charge for the shirt. Will continue to use your services as attendant made “ it right”. Good customer service v’s. Saying “0h sorry”.
I had bought a new douvet by Lilly Pulitzer I sent my douvet to be washed and pressed my instructions included fragrance free soap, ( as I have severe allergies) wash cold water,.dry delicate and press. What was returned to me was an overly fragranced wrinkled douvet on a hanger that faded and looked like I had it for 5 years. So I paid to get an allergic reaction and turn my douvet into what looks like a rag. Brought in 2 king comforters one to be dry cleaned and sew up a few holes the other one to be dry cleaned only. Well, I went to pick up one comforter took it home didn't take it out the bag because it was being used. It was not dry cleaned it because it still had the same odor as when I dropped it off. Second one never dry cleaned, still had an odor and only some of the holes were sewn and the ones that were sewn was awful. it looked like a kid sewed it. Not pleased. will never go back.
