service and job well done...but 50 bucks for 4 outfits!!! 4.49 a shirt? No can do. Way to expensive when I can go to Spring cleaners for 1.39 a shirt and the outfits would have been half that price. You all are only minutes from my house, but I'll drive the extra 5 min to Spring Cleaners. Jeans weren't starched right at all. I asked for Heavy and they are barely starched. Plus for 3 dresses and two pairs of jeans, 80.00 is twice as high as spring dry cleaners where I usually go. I only came to you all because your a little closer, but I will never come back or recommend anyone.
I dropped off 5 items. 2 of those items were dresses that had some stains. They came back to me with the same stains.
My clothes weren't done according to instructions. I had asked for extra, extra heavy startch an when I picked my clothes up there was barely any startch. I called corporate to complain and was told my money would be refunded, it was taken out of my account today! I will never again use MW Cleaners nor will I recommend!
Service was very good as was the launder service but the price per shirt is so high I may seek another better priced cleaning company. It is a shame because I do like MW Cleaners.
My name is Adiah Leonard, I am a first time customer that came in today to get a formal dress dry cleaned and pressed out. I am very upset and unpleased with the work done because the stain I asked to be taken out was not removed and there is damage to the dress from the work that was done. The pockets on my police uniform shirt were creased. Obviously attention to detail is not a high priority.
This wasn't a bad experience but I felt a few things could have been improved being a business owner myself. We are brand new to the area. First of all one of my shirts came back with a distortion in the creases on the front, I pointed it out but wasn't given a discount or a break. Secondly I heard you guys pick tip and deliver.
