I dropped two new shirts off to be starched and pressed. Where I’m from that includes shirts with creased sleeves I did not realize that that was an extra service at your establishment. It was not the quality of service that I’m used to. I had to take both my shirts back to my hotel and iron them myself to get the look that I had hoped to achieve utilizing your dry cleaning service.
Clothes were laundered & dry cleaned as specified. Customer service is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just moved back to area.Good turn around time and friendly staff but way to expensive compared to place I was using.I take 15-20 items weekly so will need a secind job at these orices
Got stains out another cleaners didn't.

My sheets look horrible! They are wrinkled and the edges are rolled up...looks like I did the job, not a professional cleaning business. Just to have some background: I grew up in a household where our bed sheets and linen were taken to the dry cleaners to be cleaned and PRESSED. They always looked like we just freshly bought them from the store. I like the look of crisp, non-wrinkled bedsheets and I have the means to pay for it.
