We have been back numerous times over the past several months so not sure why your records show that we haven't been back in to the Louetta location. Please send me the latest coupons for laundry/dry cleaning discounts. I just don't understand how your system doesn't show us coming in from time to time.
I brought 5 (or 6) garments to this location for underarm deodorant stains and 1 maxi dress having one noticeable oil stain. All of the deodorant stains were gone when I got my items, but one of the dresses had a new stain (Susan later explained that this was probably due to the black on the dress bleeding onto the white). Made it clear I wanted extra heavy starch on my jeans. When they came back I pointed out the jeans were not extra heavy starch. They weren’t even heavy starch. The attend stated, “ well sometimes jeans are done different.” I even pointed out the two pairs of jeans weren’t even the same amount starch. The jeans are the same brand and style. I’ve had the jeans extra heavy starched several times at other cleaners just fine. The attendant was nice just not responsive to my complaint.
I request a for zipper to be put in pants and got an text to pick my items and the zipper has not been replaced. So l left pants to get the zipper replace
I dropped a dress and a shirt off, and the next day got a phone call about them washing my shirt wrong and that it ruined it. When I went to pick up the dress, I was still expected to pay for that cost even though the shirt was ruined.
I had alterations done...brought in a shirt with a ragged bottom ...and asked to have it hemmed up..now it looks like a new shirt.
This is the second time i have used Tide Cleaners and both times they failed to clean and remove the stains on a suit. I will not return to Tide cleaners, they don't clean what you ask them to and there is no personal friendly service. Everyone at the store location is disconnected and non engaging, not a good management style. I am seeking a new cleaner who will actually clean the items I drop off and be happy and thankful I chose them to do business with.
Dry leaned clothes didn’t smell any different than the mom & pop shop cleaners. The attendant didn’t provide an itemized receipt ticket when I dropped off clothes. I had a 2 garnet free coupon but still paid over $14 for 4 items & cloth belt upon pickup. Experience could’ve been better.
Didn’t do what I asked, told them heavy starch and pressed. None of that was done. All they did was wash it, I could have done that at home. I will never recommend this crappy place to anyone. EVER!!
