My pants and button up shirts had no starch, even though I asked for medium starch. No one offered to fix it or attempt to offer any discount for the services I didn’t receive, but paid for.

The store personnel and on time delivery rate 5 stars. That being said quality from the cleaners has not been the same since Tide purchased the business. We are constantly receiving the incorrect crease on my wife’s slacks. Even with notes placed on them by the ladies at the store. I have been getting double creases on my slacks. I am missing buttons and at least two zipper pulls have been torn off my slacks.
I am not happy that is costs over $10 to launder a set of scrubs. When you are a student every penny counts, so I will not be returning to Tide.
It took tides dry cleaners three times to get three items done right....It could have stayed MFW for all of that bad cleaning

Lost my laundry last week.
I had two coupons, one that has expired because I was out of the country, and the other one had expired by one day because I was home sick after coming home from being gone for 10 days. I was only good for three days. The old coupons when it was MW cleaners were for 30 days
I haven’t gotten a 20% off coupon in a couple of months. I hold onto all of my dry cleaning until I get one by email
