I brought in two pairs of men’s slacks and a sleeveless women’s top. The slacks had quite a few spots which I mentioned to the clerk (Iris) who stated that she would “let them know.” She did not mark the spots, nor were they mentioned on my receipt. I didn’t worry because after discussing with her, I felt she was very reliable. When I picked up my items, the spots I showed her, and more, were still on the khakis. Wrinkles in my work slacks, crease is wavey and you can see the seam for the liner of the outer layer. This isn’t the first time. I’m done with Tide!
