Delivery was late. My calls to the concierge were ignored. My email to customer service was also ignored. Not sure if the will use this service again, disappointing.

Nothing like paying $60 for dry cleaning to get your clothes home and find shorts that looked like they had never been through the press. I was disappointed and we have used y’all for 2 years now and prices just keep going up and up.
The work is great. And in this time of covid I feel safer having it done by Tide. Trusting that you are following all guidelines. It is a little to expensive to do all the time because I am on disability. But I use you when I can.
Sean and Scott are no good Sean is big bully hes not a good manager. Don't nobody really like either one of you just a bunch of kiss a**.. I really enjoy MW cleaners now is gone by the wayside... Scott need to go to AAA meeting Big alcoholic👎👎👎👎👎
