Way overpriced $44.00 for 6 pairs of pants.
I was not as happy with my experience as I thought I would be. One of the buttons on my blouse was returned super loose, about to fall off, and a pair of slacks was returned with the zipper area permanently folded weird. I’m not sure if I will come back, as the services were pricey, and I didn’t not have the best experience.
For the amount charged I would expect better. The cleaning is not the issue. The issue I have is the way the shirts are put into the plastic cover. 10 out of the 13 shirts have wrinkles. The cleaners I have been to in the past would cross the sleeves to the oppsite side to prevent wrinkles.
Overall the employees were helpful with questions. However, I never received a notification when my dry cleaning was done. I also got my shirts pressed and there were still wrinkles on the arms of the shirt. It looked like a rushed job which in my opinion is not acceptable due to the price you’re already paying.
Worst hem job on two pairs of wool slacks I have ever seen. I can't believe they would let this product out the door. I would expect more from a top tier cleaner such as this. Would happily share photos if possible.
My shirts did not look pressed and one of them had a dirty stain on it
My father had a very important meeting the night I dropped off his clothes and the lady in charge told me it wouldn't be ready until the next day. So, I acknowledged that and said I would take the clothes then, then she went to the back and very kindly told me that she would have it arranged so that I could receive the clothes that same day. I dropped my brand new shirt off to have wrinkles removed and it was returned with a button missing. Extremely disappointed as this shirt had never been worn and it was needed for an important meeting the folllowing morning.
When I brought my clothing in, I mentioned that I had a few buttons that needed replaced and that my previous drycleaner kept breaking the buttons. The person that helped me said they would replace the buttons and match up any that did not match. Unfortunately, when I received my clothing the buttons had not been replaced, some were missing and more appeared broken.
