I asked for heavy starch, dusting get it. Shirts had wrinkles as though not pressed. Disappointed

The Tide Cleaners on Buffalo Speedway in Houston, Tx has very unfriendly employees there. The one that came out to my car acted like she had an attitude. Instead of coming to my window to greet me she went to the passenger side. I had to go inside and ask for my ticket. I’m very unimpressed with this location and will not return.

Was charged almost $20, to stitch my daughter's drill team dress and it looks like something I could've done at home not being a seamstress. My daughter's pep-rally dress need a repair as the seam in the breast area had busted open from the previous years wear, so I figured let me take it and have it professionally done before school, mind you the dress is gold, blue, and white. Hi I'm Alfred Gonzales, yesterday my wife picked up my laundry ay your location on FM2920. I told my wife I had four shirts to pick up. She called me and said they had only three shirts. The employee told her the third article must have been the bag. So my wife was confused about it and believed what the employee had told her. Turns out I was missing a shirt. Now I have to go back to Tides Cleaners to find my shirt. Taking time from business to locate my shirt.

I brought a blue dress shirt in and got it back with what looked like water stains on it. I brought it back and got it back with what looked like water stain again but in different places. I brought it in a third time and the girl tried to tell me it wasn’t them but my shirt was what she called having color loss. Anyone could tell this was not the case. I didn’t know it was gonna be so expensive $90 dollars for 9 items? 1simple dress 1 dressing pants (for a boy) Couple of regular woman shirts? Wow I won’t be back for sure!
The pants were hemmed to the correct length. I will use Tides Dry Cleabers again when I have dry cleaning.
