Pickup/ Delivery is always very reliable. My concierge, Nick, does a great job. My complaint is that I ALWAYS include a coupon in my order; many times my discount is not applied to my bill and I have to call and have them apply it after the fact. I think pickup/ delivery customers should get the discount automatically without needing the coupon so as to save everyone time and trouble.
