We are new to the neighborhood and have used your dry cleaning service approximately 4 times now. Each time there were garments that were not ready. The collar on one of my shirts was damaged on one trip. On Wednesday of this week, I purchased a new shirt from the Men's Warehouse store and took it to MW cleaners on Thursday morning to be pressed for a work function today.
