I dropped off 8 pieces of clothing when I returned for pick-up at the time that I was told, I piece (pants) weren't done. I was told that they "didn;t catch a spot " or so thing to that effect. So I came back the next day to pick up (1) pair of dockers that you charged me $7.42 to clean. That is absurd. The other items plus these pants cost me close to $50.00 ....Sorry but your company is way over priced for this service.

Cleaning was fine, 58 dollars to clean 11 shirts is a little on the crazy side.

I am a long time customer and I went to use a coupon that was given to a family member who is a new customer. It was accepted at drop off but somewhere along the line it was not honored. I found out when I arrived and 4 people tried to explain the rationale. I have not been back since. the clothes were for a college student working at her first job and clothes to be donated for Harvey families. No one has wondered until now why I have been in several months. Very disappointed.

I was in the flood, and my friend, Norma Graves brought my sheers in to you. (She went on line to find Gorman's and thought that is the store she was calling....it turned out to be you, with an ad on the Gorman's website. And you later told her that Gorman's sent their draperies to you---which Gorman's denied.) When I came yesterday with Norma to pick them up (and to pay you), the bill was over $900.00! It would be cheaper to just buy new clothes after wearing it once or twice then have it cleaned.
