1: don’t offer google review in the link if it isn’t working. Now I know you are not going to use this review because of this process. 2: waaaaaay to expensive for the 5 pieces I brought in. $121 is ridiculous, so unfortunately I will never come back. Especially Since I was told after the fact that the lady was supposed to inform me of this steep price before I left when dropping of my clothes because I was a new customer.
They lost my favorite wool coat and the regional manager tried to tell me the one they gave me was mine. Terrible customer service. I know my own coat. She said there was no way there could have been a mistake. Well, there was. Mistakes happen. I gave them the wrong one back and now I have no coat and they are unwilling to do anything about it. With all our options of dry cleaners I would not choose this one as I would hate for anyone else to have lost items and have to deal with their poor management greenway and N 64th ... read more

I took clothes on Thursday, Explained to Cashier I needed them on Friday….. Came Saturday and clothes were not Ready!!!!!! Also had a repair that had nothing done To it and no phone call!!!!! Very Depleased😳😳😳😳
I brought in a pair of slacks and a sleeveless ladies shirt to take advantage of the buy one/get one free.... When I picked those two items up yesterday, I was very disappointed to be told I owed over $9.00 +..... at the moment I can not find my ticket. I have never paid more than 3.00 for the pants, when I questioned the sales person about is she sure this is correct, she said well your pants were linen!!! This is the third and last time I am contacting you about my departure from using Tide Cleaners after15 years (formerly MW Cleaners). The order that you put on my shirts and pants is intolerable. It's the same smell as the Tide fabric softener you sell in stores, and it stinks! I had asked repeatedly at the counter to not have them add that smell to my clothes but they all came back with it--always. My new cleaners is just around the corner from Tide, everything costs less and my dress shirts, suits and pants are very clean.... read more
1 pair of pants was wrinkled below the knee. I had to iron out wrinkles.
The counter employee was very nice and helpful! I had surgery a few months ago and couldn't lift the bag. She offered to take it to my car! I wish I could remember her name.
