Wanted 2 dresses himmed just 2 inches each turned them in went on my way. No one ever discussed price with me. When I picked up the dress singular because they sent the other one to another store without telling me because their seamstress had an emergency. The lady then told me it would be $23 for one dress! I said well I hope you haven't touched the other one you sent away because these were garage sale dresses. Totally overpriced for a him that prob took 10 min to do. Expensive and still a spot on the collar. Won’t be back.
I brought in 2 sheet thin material dresses that stopped at the knee. I was not told the price upfront but when I picked them up and got home I found that I was charged $62 . I didn’t pay $62 for both garments combined . I called back to find out that they entered them in as floor length dresses. She would not credit my card back and instead gave me an $11 credit to my account . I will not be returning to this cleaners as I feel I was ripping off
Prices are too high, and cleaning is not much better than many of the discount cleaners. I stopped using MW cleaners due to high prices, I was hoping that Tide would improve prices and quality. Charging $8.00 to clean a pair of pants is ridiculous. I do not plan use your company again. Your prices are just too high.
I have not been receiving my monthly coupons for dry cleaning.
Price is too high for the service you get.
Your price is 3 times the amount I have paid in the past. You are charging me for your free (not so much) delivery when I do not use it or want it. The quality of your work is not significantly better than other cleaners
I'd been a loyal MW Cleaners customer for some time. When Tide purchased the brand and increased prices even more, I found another provider. The cost of the service does not align with the benefit of what is provided. I am not going to stick with a provider simply because of where it is located. The increased cost does not meet the needs of my family.
First, the date in your 'we missed you' email is incorrect. The last time I was probably in there was July of 2018. I stopped using your service because the shirts you laundered and pressed were horrible. There were wrinkles left on the yoke where it meets the back of the shirt and most of the times on the sleeve where it meets the yoke. I complained and complained about it and was tired of hearing apologizes and having my shirts run back through the cycle, thus another wear and tear on the longevity of the shirt.
