Every time I tell them I want heavy starch or something dry cleaned they still do whatever they want. They have my preferences set up that way too. So even if I verbally say, "I want heavy starch on these jeans" it still defaults to light starch because someone decided that is what I really need and I guess they think they know better than me. I am a grown, educated person. I know how I prefer my clothes laundered. It may not be how they would prefer their own, but that does not mean I should not get what I ask for.

Poor service. I clearly stated which pants I wanted starched and creased and which I didn’t. Your attendant marked my request and clipped the notices on the pants. When I picked my clothes today, my instructions WERE NOT FOLLOWED AT ALL!! All my blue jeans pants were starched and creased against my explicit instructions. I am looking for new cleaners because this is not the first time instructions were not followed!!

Costs are to high and I will not return. Tide is 3 times the cost of the local cleaners.

I am a long time customer! 1st of all your manger at the Cypresswood champion forest location need to readjust her attitude. Doesn’t matter how bad it get coronavirus or not you can still be polite. SHE’S NOT.. second I don’t like the fact that in the midst of this coronavirus pandemic I have not changed. I still bring my clothes the same I did before. The fact that I can’t pay with cash is ridiculous. Clothes are more dirty then money and a person is more highly to contract the virus handling clothes. Think about it when ... read more

These guys do great work, but their marketing people screw up the relationship with relentless intrusions. I am asked to rate every transaction, write reviews, like, everything but wash their van. They would get a lot more referral flow from me if all of my inexorable were ar the counter, rather than nagging me through a portal I accepted as a convenience, to track the status of my cleaning jobs. Keep that service, cut the sycophantic pandering for praise back to monthly, or so.

The most overpriced dry cleaners. They have no prices or fees listed & they are very deceiving. I won’t ever come back. You can get better service done the street at your local mom & pop cleaners. Support small businesses!! Not culture vultures
