I'll start by saying that customer service is outstanding! The convenience of text messages and emails to let you know your clothes are ready is great! Unfortunately, the prices were outrageously high! Being new to the area I took 1 pair of slacks, 2 polos and 1 button down shirt to Tide Cleaners and the exact same pieces to another local cleaners. Price at Tide $25.83. Price at competitor $7.85 I wanted to return to Tide because the service was great but the prices were horrible...
Our family has men's shirts & women's shirts that have been laundered & starched at cleaners since purchased. My husband has Khaki trousers that have been laundered at cleaners since purchased. During this past month we have asked repeatedly to stop Dry Cleaning our cotton clothing & to launder our clothes. This last visit the person accepting our clothes told us that the machines & detergent used by your company would damage the fabric of our clothing that we wanted laundered! What? It is not what you did it is what you didn't do. Everytime I bring in my laundry I have to have it re-hung again. Can't the people in the back read ENGLISH! Hang all of my pants by he waist band. Thank You.
I’m upset that you can’t get out spots. I don’t think you should charge the customer if your dry cleaning doesn’t get the garment clean. I understand that some spots won’t come out but the customer hates to pay a fee when the garment isn’t clean. The garment is useless with the spot and it’s Ridiculous to have to pay for dry cleaning and end up with a garment that can’t be worn and isn’t even clean enough to give away. Customer service was entirely not helpful nor friendly. The atmosphere was not welcoming.
Starch level were not correct for shirts and one pair of jeans which was also pressed incorrectly. On top of that cashier tried to charge us for correcting the problem.
All the shirts were not ironed well. Very disappointed.
Too expensive!!!! I didn’t see any big difference with my regular dry cleaner but the price.... $8 for a sleeveless shirt???!!! Seriously???!!!! Your plastic waste is also crazy!!! Your website says you are green. Well with 6 plastic bags for ten pieces and 4 plastic hangers.... don’t think you are!!! You have two nice things: nice locations and nice smell in the clothes!!!
