the cashier was great .HOWEVER durning a pandemic not everyone can afford the prices .I brought 6 pieces in and it was 50$ THAT IS OUTRAGEOUS...THE attendant did not tell me the price when I dropped off my things.NEVER would I have thought of a 50$cashout for 6 pieces of clothing. NEVER WILL I RETURN.
My clothes are always press the way I like them. I see I was charged $21.61 for my order that I picked up on Saturday. When I drop my clothes off I told the lady that I have a $15.00 coupon I will be using for the order. She stated okay. So when when I picked up my clothes she said the order was $25 and some change and I said is my $15.00 coupon added to this iorder. The Attendant yesterday was in hurry to dismiss me. Didn’t count how many pieces I should be getting. So I left and parked my car and counted the items. There 3 slacks missing. She did not do a good job.

You sent 2 e mail coupons for 25% off and they were weird looking coupons. They failed to print but wasted about 50 sheers of computer paper. I am VERY disappointed because I was planning to come in. Linda Latch 713-466-0428

I dropped off a pair of trousers on a Friday afternoon so they would be ready for a special event on Saturday night. When I went to pick them up, they'd been sent to another store about 20 minutes away. When I got to that store, I got my pants back, and they were still dirty. This was as bad as a dry cleaning experience can be.
Clothes were cleaned and delivered when promised. This service is just too expensive.

My expensive queen comforter came out badly wrinkled. I was very disappointed in that. The lady working at the counter was pleasant. But, having been a Tide detergent customer all my life, I won't return to the dry cleaners.

First the clerk asked if I dropped off the laundry yesterday. It was dropped off one week ago. So it took a while to find my items. Then the clerk asked if I wanted a receipt. Spending almost $100 of course I wanted a receipt. That is the first time in my life a clerk asked me that question. Finally the laundry was in two pieces with one weighing over 60 lbs. and was awkward to lift and carry 50 feet to my car. The clerk never asked to help me and it was raining too.
