How I was treated in 04/15/23 terribly, I will never return
My shirts came back, not extra starch as I requested and it had lines in it. I had to wash and iron my shirt again. Lines still visible. I will be contacting your store with pictures. The price would indicate much better quality.
New service person )replaced a very qualified individual) is very rude and could care less about how you want items. Claimed on last visit that she could not find my order when I could clearly see it. The cleaning wasn’t that great either only reason we stayed was because of the qualified individual. Moved my business elsewhere.

I was told I could pick up my item this past Monday 10/31. I received an sms advising my item was ready for pick-up. As suggested with the app and with sms, I notified that I was coming to pick up the item soon. When I arrived, I handed over my receipt and I waited 10 minutes. The staff told me they could not find my item at the pick up location. I left with no choice to return the next day. Beware!!!! I contacted this place about dry cleaning services for a bralette and midi skirt. The customer service rep told me that the service would be $9.43. I just picked the items and my total was $19.11. I am so confused and pissed. My advice- please make sure that the attendant write down your total on your receipt.
