I was promptly greeted at the counter with a smile. My contact information was taken. A date for completion was given, which was accurate. Appreciated the contact via email! Greeting to pick up was as pleasant as delivery, although it was a different member of staff! Most importantly, the item was clean, placed on an appropriate hanger, and did not have a lingering dry cleaning chemical odor. Bottom line... I was very pleased with the service and will continue to use Tide Dry Cleaners. Thank you so much!
