The manager was not friendly, had a little attitude when i mentioned the 30 percent discount and lectured me about first and last time she would make an exception to bring coupon. I did not need no discount. I am giving this review because not only did i sense an unwelcoming experience. I asked Anjal to have one of my pants to be taken down an inch. I felt rushed, no receipt. When i got my pants back it was an inch shorter; not longer and not pleased to say the least.

Well, MW my items or white items were cleaner, my hotel luxury blanket were cleaner, and the look of your store does not appeal to the nicer neighborhoods like MW brand. You need to change your brand colors, and your look to a more upscale look.
Ridiculous pricing.
Clothes are clean, but are getting torn. I had to throw some clothes away already. Personal are awesome, but I do not want to lose my clothes. I will have find some other clothe washing service provider.

The prices are stupid expensive. I am going elsewhere for same service, but half the price. Literally - half the price.
You're prices are way too much. I am going to another location for half the cost now.

Still have not located my 4 clothing items from june, 2 Polo dress shirts, Under Armour Golf Shirt and a pair of women's pants. Vsalue of recent dress shirts I just purchased was $89.00 plus tax, Under Armour shirts are $39.00, and white pants for my mother we're undetermined, but I would assume approximately $49/$59.00. How should we proceed?
First off I wanna say that I absolutely ADORE all of the clerks the service is never less than stellar when I’m picking up or dropping off. But my problem is with the back end. I work out of town during the week and I’m only in Houston every other weekend so when you all say that you have same day Saturday service that’s the expectation that I have and what I need.
