The check in was a bit odd. The lady that checked me in was friendly enough, but a bit...umm..."straight forward" (the best way to describe it). It was my first time and she didn't exactly explain your process that well. For the check out, the clerk there was great! Very sweet and friendly, efficient. etc. LOVE the idea of being able to get an email or text when my order is ready. Suggestions: 1. Prices! I want to really like you guys, and I really do.
