Great service and great results! Been a customer for 3 years now and I will never use any other dry cleaners.
The price was twice as much as the regular place I go to even with my 30% off coupon. I was not happy that your prices are not posted anywhere in your store or online. Neither the ticket I was given at drop nor the receipt at pick listed your prices. The only reason I gave 2 stars is for the very neat and clean appearance of the store and convenient hours. I won't come back again.
Great experience friendly and efficient
Very discouraging that on my first experience ALL the collars on my shirts were bent back AND the staff was aware it happens often.
I have always had a good experience with the staff at Delia's and never have any complaints on the service there.. expect my last visit. I didn't know that it was required for me to state that I'm using a coupon prior to picking up my clothes. (because everything is already marked down on the receipt). I never had this issue until last time. A young girl told me that policy and didn't want to do the math to give me the discounted price with my coupon. she said her shift was almost over which i thought was very unprofessional... read more
