I dropped off a mattress topper and several days later I received a phone call telling me that it was too big for you to clean. Your representatives should have been trained to know that before hand.
The laundering was great but my shirts came back unpressed. I didn’t have time to go back in and drop them off again.
Had a terrible ironed on sticker on a really cheap polyester suit and they got it off. Plus I did a terrible tape hem that I ripped out and they did a great job doing what they could to get the 1 year old crease out of the tape hemmed area
Did not get blood stain out of suit pants. Not sure if you tried, although noted at drop off.
This was my first attempt using Delia's. Shirts weren't pressed properly. I will not return. Thank you.
There were multiple stains on a jacket some of them were cleaned but the ones that mattered did not come out. The were the same food stains from the same day. The press on the shirts and pants were sub par and I could have done it better myself with an iron and a towel on the floor. This place would be the last place I would recommend to anyone. And you charge too much for the quality of your service.
Do not ever use premuim dry cleaning without my permission. I dry clean all my clothing to protect the material. It is unacceptable tp take it upon your selves to provide "premium" dry cleaning at 15 per garment!
