My blanket says dryclean only, but your staff felt they couldn't do it safely. I haven't had problems with other cleaners over the years, and I'm surprised that your staff didn't want to clean it. I appreciate your attention to not damaging peoples items, but this seemed like a little bit of overkill.

This is only the second time I have used this laundry. The first time I asked for medium starch and the shirts came back far to limp/soft. On this visit I mentioned this to the clerk and asked for heavy starch which she acknowledged. When I picked the shirts up this time the ticket indicated light starch and the shirts were un-wearable.... This was a complete waste of my money.

I was shocked at the cost, especially since I had a coupon for 50% off. I liked your service but cannot justify the cost.

*Ruined my casual dress shirt with a stain- took it back to be fixed and was told my shirt was shredded( without my consent) because unable to fix it after being sent back to the facility that damaged it. *Would not provide me Ashley Duran's phone number(main manager). *Did not reimburse for the cost of "cleaning" the shirt. I used your services years ago but moved away although not very far and changed cleaners then. I changed jobs and my new route takes me by your place of business so I decided to use you again - although I never had an issue with my old cleaners. I dropped off 9 items to be dry cleaned. (5 slacks, 1 shirt, 3 jackets and a dress). I was not charged during drop off and didn't see any signs for pricing. To my surprise, my tab came out to be $60 plus dollars. Before I dropped off my item, I called & spoke to a Delia's representative and inquired about the cost. I had a brand new graduation gown that needed pressing, she quoted me "about $7.00 and some change after my coupon discount"...upon pickup, I was charged double ($13.96) of what I was quoted...no exceptions! 99% of the cleaning has sufficed a five star. There has only been two pieces of clothing that had spots left on them. Overall, rating is 5. The staff at front desk during drop off is very professional, courteous and nice. Service is expedited quickly and rates higher than any other services in town. There was a time when I wanted to drop off a Burberry Cashmere scarf that specified only dry cleaning; one of the attendants told me it would be washed in cold water!
