Clothes turned out fine although imo the prices are far more than I'll pay again. You only get one first impression.

I liked the price and being able to pick things up on Saturday/Sunday, but I brought a shirt in to get folded for a business trip that was on Monday and received it hung as normal. I was not charged for the shirt, but I wanted to have nice, clean fold lines on the shirt instead of what will inevitably be a mess.
I tried your service for the first time and left two shirts to be HEAVILY starched and not only did they come back with very little starch or no starch at all but the arms of the shirts where not pressed at all. The only reason why I tried your service is because I got a mailer in the mail and figured I would give you a try.

I was disappointed that you rejected a throw blanket for cleaning. This blanket is a "dry clean only" item and I have never had a problem with other dry cleaners cleaning this item. I appreciate your not wanting to damage people's items, but I think this case was overkill. Since I need to travel about 25 minutes to get to your cleaners (where I always expected above-average service befitting your higher prices), I will probably now look for another dry cleaner closer to my home that will be able to handle all of my dry cl... read more
Great, aside from forgetting to completely close my ticket which caused a few spammy emails, and accidentally giving me an extra garment. Those were super insignificant though. Y'all are nice.
Closed my ticket officially from my first order, which was a nice reassurance I wouldn't get anymore emails saying I had a $0.00 order ready to pick up.
