I feel bad giving a three star rating as the customer service and cleaning is top notch. However, I hate the Orange Bag so much that it brings my satisfaction level down. When I picked up my order today, they tried to take my blue bag away and I refused to give it up! The Orange bag is inferior in every way. The fabric is cheap and tears easily. Waaaaay more expensive than Delia's was, all my clothes were still dirty, and was charged for a pull over and it wasn't even cleaned. Won't be back.
I had a number of shirts laundered (16). Two of them had stains from a broken ink cartridge that I could not get out. I brought them to the attention of clerk, who tagged them and told me they would try getting the stains out, but if they couldn't would ask me if I still wanted them laundered. I never got the call and when I got there, the shirts were clean and no signs of the ink stains! Great job!
Had a stain on the comforter I brought it for cleaning but the stain was not removed or touched at all. So I took the comforter back in and ask them to clean it again. They returned it to me a second time with the stain untouched. I will now take it to another cleaners. I paid $39.00 to clean the comforter but it was not cleaned and I am out $39.00. My past experience with this company was good so I was disappointed to encounter this issue.
Tide dry cleaners lost one piece of dry cleaning my wife's black jacket. They have been trying to locate it so far no success.
Both times I went in to drop off and pick up I waited a while for someone to show up and help. Waist of money since my shirts still had stains and came out wrinkled up.
They would not clean dress even though they did once before. Saying it was unsafe to clean.
Tide Dry Cleaners cleaned a Southwest bedspread for us. The turn around was 24 hours and it came out looking like new. Will be using them again.
