The person helping us was very rude and had quoted us $1.50 per shirt to have ironed/pressed. She said because we had the coupon it would be even cheaper. She was very disrespectful upon pick up and was adamant that we did not bring any form of flyer discount. Very discouraging, guess we will look elsewhere for kinder service. We had recently moved and found your ad.
Flat front dress slacks center ceased.. Why? I clearly stated these are flat front NO center cease needed.. Stains came out but to get home and find out they got center creased anyways. I know this seems like a simple mistake but when your explaining to the guy at the counter and its still gets done wrong?? That's clearly am issue for someone like myself in a professional field that needs a regular dry cleaners where things just get done right!!
Didn’t receive email when clothes were ready. Spent 30 minutes looking for pants. Wouldn’t let us use coupon. Charged $3 per shirt. Laundered, did not dry clean, shirts.
Lost the button on the pants they shortened and didn’t follow what I requested. Very disappointed and will never do business with u again.
I brought in two pair of shorts to be pressed , the shorts were cleaned but only one pair were pressed, frustaing ad I only came in to get them pressed.
On our most recent order, the quality of pressing of my shirts did not meet expectations. The tips on most of the collars were turned up, and the body of some of the shirts were pressed in such a way that there are crinkles down the front of the shirt, as if the material was not flat when pressed.
Im coming in to see you, there were black fabric cuff links that were in shirt when I dropped it off, picked it up for new years eve party, no cuff links, had no other shirt to wear, had to take off sport coat, and wear shirt with rolled up sleeves!! Extremely dissapointed, first time at your store, probably my last!!!
The lining in my pants were tored and removed from my pants.
I left 5 white long sleeve dress shirts, I asked for light startch and to make sure the collars were folded correctly. 3 out of those shirts had the collars folded but with startched creases all the way around. One collar had the edges double creased. The back of the shirts were still wrinkled. All the sleeves had double creases.
