I have been dealing with that location for as long as I can remember with just one quickly resolved issue. Since the conversation from the Blue bag to the Orange bag I have questioned your employee's if this is all I had l because of various pieces that appeared to be missing. Clerk was efficient but was very down looking and extremely curt. We all have bad days from time to time but it’s her job to put on a nice face and be curtteous.
Asian gal working the front desk was too busy talking on her phone to friends to help waiting customers. She left everyone feeling like we were bothering her to do her job. Then, she proceeded to argue over giving us a new Tide versus Delias bag. Rediculous. Weve been customers for 10 years. Unlikely that we'll continue with this service.

Two of my sweaters were hung on hangers instead of folding them over, leaving misshapen lumps on the shoulders. One of them I had redone three times and the other needs to go back again because there’s a patch of fabric on the arm that looks damaged. The employees that helped me were great, very understanding and helpful. It’s just frustrating to have to keep taking sweaters back to have them redone because they weren’t folded over the hangars like sweaters should be.
Ruined my matched pillow case. Can't replace unless we get it custome made.
I brought my wedding dresses in and it was cleaned. But you shrank my wedding dress it is 3” short.
