To whom it may concern, I have a mild allergy to starch. Despite continually informing your staff members NOT to starch my clothing, it is on a regular basis starched. Occasionally my shirts have been HEAVY starched and as such necessitated having the items re-laundered. Thank you in advance for your kind assistance with this problem. Best regards,
