I sent my jacket with a hood for dry clean and the lady who helped me was not aware there is extra charge for the hood. She gave me the price slip with just the charge of the jacket. So when I picked up my cloth I found out I had to pay extra 4 dollars for the hood attached to the jacket. Totally disappointed.
I feel that your prices are ridiculously high. I will not be back.
They rejected my comforter and wanted to charge 38 dollars to get it alterated
Service great cloths come out perfect. Just sticker shock on the price for 9 shirts paid over 60$ with a 25 percent off coupon thats 6.66 a shirt double the cost of other cleaners in same area on receipt never showed the 25% off asked young employee and she said it was taken off just does not show on receipt

I got 14 shirt dry cleaned and half of them were done horribly I'm so upset. I'm never coming back I needed those shirts done well and it was a total let down. I would refer your services to my worst enemies.
