When I dropped off the bag I was not been tols how much it would cost for each item. I asked the person but she told me to pick up next day evening. So when I went there next day I was charged 101 dollar for 16 items and some of them are almost double of the stated price. When I asked , she did not ok know and predicted due to material of the item. It was way over price and my advice will be to give upfront price based on the material.
It was the first time using this service. Although there were some bumps to get my clothes (they were not considered for locker as my initial request so I had to call them; the locker did not work on my first trip to pick my clothes up, so I had to call them again for a new code) every time I contacted them the level of attention was extremely high. No complaints about the quality or timeliness of your work. What annoys the hell out of me is your offering Discount Coupons and then not applying the discount upon pick up of shirt laundry. Coupon specifically stated that it applied to shirts. Your attendant could not explain why a 25% discount was not applied. It's happened to me twice. I believe you're just using the Discount Coupons as bait, never intending to applying same.
Minimal discounts with a girl that no clue what she was doing. Another new face since the changeover to Tide.
Totally different staff and not real competent!!
Your prices are outrageous
I had a 20% coupon as a new customer that was supposed to be applied to the order. My husband picked it up and did not get the discount. It was very expensive to clean my comforter which is why I wanted to use it on that. I plan to go back to the store and ask for a refund and hope they will give it to me.
You email me promotionals, then refuse to honor your own offer. Too bad you are selling over to Tide. I don't use their products and the service is lacking.
I dry cleaned my black jeans so that they wouldn't get faded. Silly me cause that's exactly what happened, I could've got these results washing them at home. We're in Arzona so I figured a dry cleaners would take extra care or know how to handle dark colors. Really disappointed.
