Was scheduled to pick up my shirt for tailoring at Thursday 4pm. When arriving at 4pm, I was told it would not be ready for another 20 minutes. Staff apologized and I returned at 5pm to pick up my shirt. Staff was unable to help check that my shirt was properly fitted because another customer was being helped. I could not wait so I left hoping the shirt fit. Garment was a bit tight in the arms but otherwise expertly tailored. Not a deal breaker, and I was able to wear the shirt for the entire night.
