Very friendly service and very clean place.
The service was little pricy but I liked the easiness and professionalism. The suit I left had a few stains which I mentioned need to get cleaned but still were on it after I picked it up.
Service very good, however, I need to come back with my alteration. Part of the front of my top that was altered I am not happy with. I will try to stop by Friday or Saturday.
This was my first experience at Tarzana Cleaners and I was extremely satisfied. I am happy to find a dry cleaner who has their plant on the premises. Customer service was excellent, both in person and on the telephone. You have a new customer! Thanks for the wonderful service.
Everyone was very friendly and professional, and our clothes were cleaned perfectly, but $71 for 4 women's Fall jackets, a pair of slacks, a man's casual shirt, and one laundered shirt is too expensive for me to use your cleaners regularly. I was able to use a $10 coupon, which helped, but even $61 is a little high priced.
