Was scheduled to pick up my shirt for tailoring at Thursday 4pm. When arriving at 4pm, I was told it would not be ready for another 20 minutes. Staff apologized and I returned at 5pm to pick up my shirt. Staff was unable to help check that my shirt was properly fitted because another customer was being helped. Your hard work is greatly appreciated. One of the things that makes your group stand out is the customer service you provide. When I leave my load of laundry, someone is good enough to check the garments. Is a button missing, a seam that has become unstitched, a hem that is loose? I get a call to advise of the problem and, if I agree, the problem is fixed. The tailor is good at fixing the problem and is very adept with repair work many others would not even attempt.
