Clean, organized, service driven, technologically savvy and even offers delivery. I only wish you'd expand into embroidery especially with the holidays. And consider working with the area schools and their sports teams; there's jerseys, outfits, hats, etc.
I have been a customer for many years, and everyone is always nice and accommodating. I cannot think of any occasion where I wasn't met with a smile and excellent service.

I have not been back after my $1600+ St John jacket was ruined. It was not cleaned properly and went from size 10/12 to about a 4/6, in addition the material was completely ruined! I was offered a $20 off coupon for my next visit.....no thank you! I didn't want anything free - I wanted my jacket back to its original state!!! Even after attempting to restore it and stretch it back - it is not the same! Needless to say, I will not be back!! My jacket is ruined and I do not feel I ever received an appropriate response.
