When I leave my load of laundry, someone is good enough to check the garments. Is a button missing, a seam that has become unstitched, a hem that is loose? I get a call to advise of the problem and, if I agree, the problem is fixed. The tailor is good at fixing the problem and is very adept with repair work many others would not even attempt.
