Service was great. I don't like how almost every shirt was charged a different price. I can understand a jersey being different but not every other dry clean item. I'll be going to another cleaners.
hours of operation need expansion
I did not care for business over relationship, I inadvertently said dry clean, not recognizing it was a hand wash item.
Shirts looked good. Price was about 30% higher than the competition.
You did awful. Picked up my husbands shirt and it was wrinkled. I had to take it because we were going to a wedding. I paid for it because I didn't notice till i walked out the door. Not able to have redone as I needed it for the next day. Was told to call corporate to get a refund. but they were already closed according to the man at the shop. The stains were removed. The dresspants were poorly pressed. I do not like the perminent tags that are attatched to the clothing.
Hey: Most of the pieces were fine. One jacket -- a new one -- had the cuff messed up pretty bad. I'm hoping that was fixed, but I haven't picked it up yet.
