Needed a dress for Sunday. Found out on Saturday they were closed at 3. They are also closed on Sunday. I was not able to get the dress for the Sunday event. I was so upset!!!
Forgot to put my clothes and he knocked on our door and waitress patently while I put it together.
My feedback is about online process and not about excellent service provided by Swanson team. I am still having issues with online portal. I logged into the site and successfully scheduled the pickup. However, when I went back to check my schedule the website showed no pickup order. I am sure this is a minor technical challenge.
$8.00 to dry clean a pair of pants is unacceptable. For that kind of money, I’ll wear my pants twice or three times as long and go buy a new pair. We just moved back here from Texas. Pants were $3.75 and Shirts are $2.00. Turned them in by 9:00am and could have them back by 5:00pm. Gasoline is $1.75 too.
