I don’t like my clothes being held hostage unless I pay with a debit, or credit card. I absolutely do not like being forced to use my credit card. When I was told I couldn’t have my clothing unless I paid with a card I was completely caught off guard. Excuse me. So as to my experience with you, I think that is quite obvious. It was my first time, and last time using your store. I will be taking myself off your email this so there is no need to respond back to me.
Won’t be back. When my clothes are being held hostage unless I use a credit/debit card. I was not asked if I wanted my card run debit, or credit. I wasn’t prompted to enter my PIN number nor was I asked for ID when I used my card. I should have had to put a PIN number in. I DO NOT like being Forced to use my credit card. So as to my experience, I think it’s very obvious I was not happy. First time, and last time using this store.
I wanted the shirts with medium starch but when I came home and checked it out they are limp. My husband is an executive and want the shirts looking good. Maybe the person didn’t take note of the medium starch
Brand new sweater came back with pockets sagging. Very expensive dry cleaning prices Will not be returning
They have an incredibly bad intake system They won’t tell you the price when you drop items off. With a first time visitors coupon I paid over $200 for 15 items. Steve the owner was never available to speak to. I would definitely not recommend ever going to Swansons cleaners
I am missing one item I I have been told it is not in the computer. So I am waiting for Monday to see if management can find my lost item
Missing one item, apparently it was not input in the computer and now I have to wait till Monday to hear about my lost item.
The person who helped us was very rude. She had a careless attitude. Also, your rates are so high. I came from the bay area on the peninsula and I have never paid for 14 articles of clothing $200. Three were scarfs. We will be looking elsewhere.
Took in a queen size comforter...I was stunned at the price for the cleaning..Felt it was excessive..&74.00...Have it cleaned in another state and didn't pay even close to that.
