I have been please with the service. However, I was very disappointed with the email regarding a "20% discount on casual dress." When I asked, I was shown a paper copy indicating " discount on casual dresses." This is not the same as the email. This was false advertising. I expressed my concern when I dropped off clothes. I expect when I pick up these clothes the email is honored.
Excellent service, the staff remembers my name and is always polite. Nicely done.
Always happy with my cleaning and everyone is very nice.
Employee was courteous, competent, and fast, and dry cleaning was completed on time for pick-up.
