I have been please with the service. However, I was very disappointed with the email regarding a "20% discount on casual dress." When I asked, I was shown a paper copy indicating " discount on casual dresses." This is not the same as the email. This was false advertising. I expressed my concern when I dropped off clothes. I expect when I pick up these clothes the email is honored.

I dropped off a set of curtains to be cleaned. The employee who checked me in barely looked at what I brought in and gave me a tag for pick up snd started to walk off without telling me how much it would be. When I asked her how much it was going to be for the curtains to be cleaned and she said “ I thought they were sheets” and then told it was going to be $40 for the set and then gave me a new tag.
