I wouldn’t give it a five star but they charge you extra for next day Service
Always on time and at an afffordable price.
My son's suit looked great. after dry cleaning. You can, however, improve your customer service. The gentleman was very process driven, did not greet me in a friendly way and when I asked for delivery (which you advertise as free) he said I was just out of your limits for delivery even though I only live 5 min. away. As a manager myself, I would have made an exception to keep the customer happy, especially because of the distance.
When I set up my account I gave my credit card information for future use. After my dry cleaning was done they called me to tell me my card was declined and that I needed to use another form of payment. I called my bank who told me what I already knew that I had enough funds and that there were no transactions from the dry cleaners. I ended up having to go in and pay for the dry cleaning because I did not want my credit card information giving out over the phone. I was a bit shocked to go get my laundry that I asked to be “laundered” to then get billed $28 for three blouses in stead of $2.25 each I was expecting. When asked why he said sometimes they have to bump up laundered items to dry clean if they are a certain material. I was never told this otherwise I would not have approved of such a charge. I would have picked them up and brought them home and done it myself. Instead I find out after the fact. It’s unfortunate I won’t be returning to your business because of this.
First of all, I got overcharged. I had a 50% off of the total for the first visit. I got a quote and told that the price would be 50% of that total amount. Later that day, I also got an email confirmation, list of items, price and discount. So far so good. I hoped for a good experience so that I can come back as it’s closer to my house compared with my previous cleaners. It was too expensive for the quality. No stains were removed and one of the articles of clothing came back damaged.
The price for very some simple repairs (pant pockets) was much higher than quoted. Dry cleaning prices are very high as well. We’ll go elsewhere from now on.
Worst customer service ever. Was told 3 days but turned into 9
