Took forever, told me it would be done "Today at 4" then it's not done until the next day. THEN, when I go in to get it on the next day after I get a text that my order is ready for pickup, I get my clothes and return home to find 2 pieces missing, and have to go in AGAIN to pick it up and get charged twice. horrible logistical management
It was twice the price of the place I typically go to. I wasn’t given the price when I dropped off my clothes and there are no prices that are visible easily in the store. Granted, I should’ve asked for the price when I dropped it off, but never could I have guessed that it would be that expensive. Love the idea of free delivery. People are nice. However, my favorite navy bluecoat is all but ruined after bringing it there my first visit. 3 visits later, and 2 attempts to fix - the lapel is worst than it ever was. Scared to come back...
I brought in a down comforter. The cotton cover (no decorations, only buttons to close) was still on it.. The assistant advised me that the cover could be cleaned too. Iwas shocked - shocked! - at how expensive it was to wash the simple cotton cover ($40). It cost more than the cover itself, and nearly as much as the king down comforter. 😳 I will not use that service again.
Clothes were dry cleaned that didn't need to be dry clean, then at a more expensive rate. These articles had been washed and dry multiple times before. The person insisted for the best results they should be dry cleaned, I had never heard of this, regarding Flax material.
While the cleaning was finished two days early :) the shirts were puckery in places -- ironing left something to be desired.
Took a suit in to be cleaned, the jacket was returned wrinkled and looking worse than it had when it was dropped off. Will not return
Our dry clean only pillow covers which have never been cleaned, were deep blue when we brought them in. Now they are the color of faded denim. $500 to replace
Nothing. It was badass.
